SE is seeking to put in place a Framework which comprises of two Single supplier Lots: Lot 1 - Immigration and Visa Support services for Talent Scotland. Lot 2 - Immigration Services for SE staff. It is anticipated that the framework will commence 1st August for an initial period of 20 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Lot Information
Immigration and Visa Support Services to TalentScotland
Lot 1 - We are looking to appoint a single supplier to a framework to provide immigration and Visa support services to TalentScotland. This covers a wide range of support ranging from advising TalentScotland on visa and immigration matters. Ensuring up to date content for the TalentScotand website is available, one to one and one to many support and information sessions to employers and inward investors, these include webinars and workshops in various formats. It is anticipated that the framework will start 1st August 2020 for 20 months initially with the option to extend for a further 12 months.. Methodology 25% Understanding of TalentScotland and associated objectives and risks 25% Case Studies 10% Project Team Structure including roles and responsibilities 10% Innovation including added value and partnership working 10% Communication and Engagement skills to be assessed through presentation stage 5% Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Cyber Security 5%
Renewal: framework will be awarded to 31st March 2022 with the option to extend for 1 x 12 months.
Immigration services to Scottish EnterpriseLot 1 - We are looking to appoint a single supplier to a framework to provide immigration support to Scottish Enterprise. Where members of the SE staff are being relocated to overseas location we require a provider to provide immigration advice to SE, fully manage the process of applying for visas and work permits etc and provide other associated services. It is anticipated that the framework will start 1st August 2020 for 20 months initially with the option to extend for a further 12 months.. Methodology 35% Case studies 25% Project Team Structure (key team personnel) 25% Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Cyber Security 10% Fair Work Practices 5%
Renewal: The framework will be awarded to March 2022 with the option to extend for 1 x 12 months
