Perth & Kinross Council require a consultant to co-manage their Smarter Choices, Smarter Places Grant programme. The Smarter Choices, Smarter Places Grant supports local authorities in Scotland to encourage more active and sustainable travel choices. Funding is allocated, through Transport Scotland via Paths for All, on a population basis to local authorities; enabling them to implement projects for the financial year of 2020/2021.
