The University is seeking a Contractor for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture at Heriot-Watt University's new Dubai Campus, and the ongoing ad-hoc requirements following the initial fit-out. Heriot Watt University are moving from their existing campus at Dubai International Academic City to One Knowledge Village, Knowledge Village, TECOM where they will be occupying the G+6 floors of Blocks B+C with an approximate area of 218,000 sq. ft. Heriot Watt University plan to move into the new campus by 2nd December 2020.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The University reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12-month extensions, subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the University's requirements.
