Summary Requirements: A. Comprehensive photographic, video and UAV documentation of the construction project/site to be stored on accessible web based management system for a minimum of five years. B. Documentation software platform (software) which integrates and centralizes all visual documentation throughout the construction project. Indexing and navigation system which indexes and links photographic documentation to actual construction drawings (project plans) by both date and location. C. Online interface to access all documentation via standard (desktop) and mobile web browsers. D. Mobile application to provide direct access to photographic and UAV documentation from supported mobile devices. E. Contractor to perform all photographic and video documentation services. Contractor to provide, maintain, secure and support the documentation software platform and interface. Contractor to meet all requirements for experience, personnel, certifications/registrations and proximity to project location(s). F. Contractor to film demonstrations of Building Management Systems during commissioning and hand-over, and to provide online video links for client to access for a minimum period of five years. G. Contractor to provide access to the web based document management system for all personnel as requested by the Client with no restriction in number of access points.
