Falkirk Council made a direct call off from ESPO framework 985-19: Occupational Health Services - Lot 4: Employee Assistance Programmes. Following an assessment of the framework options, it was determined that the best value option in meeting the requirements of the Council was to process with a direct call off and award to Work Stress Management.
