The David Livingstone Trust is seeking to appoint a contractor for the Exhibition software and media contract. The contractor will be responsible for developing Media briefs as provided within the Tender Package, thereafter installing software on site and providing staff training.

1) Development of the media briefs for elements included in the software schedule. 2) Research and sourcing of audio sound effects as required. 3) Scripting and recording of spoken words,songs or other background sound effects for the Family Room audio. 4) Video editing of provided material from the Client in relation to the Legacy Area. 5) Development of a touch screen interactive software for video or audio content clips within the Legacy Room. 6)Liaison and co-ordination with the Hardware Contractor (appointed under the Main Exhibition Fit-out Contractor - Elmwood Projects. 7) Reviewing and advising on hardware specification in relation to the software requirements. 8) Pre-install testing requirements. 9) Installation of software on site and provision of staff training.

The Public Contracts (Contracts) Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take court action.
