Notice Description
CPI are looking to create a multiple supplier framework for the supply of a wide range of engineering tools, general and electrical items, as well as spare parts/consumables, which will be utilised by all of CPI's current and future sites/projects. The tender has been split up into 7 lots. Please see the attached tender pack in relation to our detailed requirements.
Lot Information
The Supply of Engineering Testing Tools
Lot 1: The Supply of Engineering Testing Tools - CPI requires a wide range of testing tools that are to be supplied across our various platforms, so we can help to provide tools to be utilized by our engineering and maintenance teams across all sites. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; digital multi-meters, clamp meters, voltage detector/pens, continuity testers, electrical testers, proving units and resistance testers.
The Supply of Engineering Hand ToolsLot 2: The Supply of Engineering Hand Tools - CPI requires a wide range of hand tools that are to be supplied across our various platforms, so we can help to provide tools to be utilized by our engineering and maintenance teams across all sites. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; wire strippers, crimping tools, wire cutters, insulated screwdrivers, insulated pliers, spanners, socket sets, Stanley knives, tape measures, spirt levels, socket sets, hammers (normal and mallet), punch and chisel sets, grease guns, hand hacksaws and Allen keys.
The Supply of Engineering Power ToolsLot 3: The Supply of Engineering Power Tools - CPI requires a wide range of power tools that are to be supplied across our various platforms, so we can help to provide tools to be utilized by our engineering and maintenance teams across all sites. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; power drills, angle grinders, cordless jigsaws, soldering iron kits, air rivet guns and glue guns.
The Supply of Engineering AccessoriesLot 4: The Supply of Engineering Accessories - CPI will require a wide range of accessories for our engineering and maintenance team. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; drill bits, grinder cutting discs, grinder flap discs, jigsaw/handsaw blades, lathe and milling tools/accessories, sanding belts, welder tips, toolboxes, drawers/cabinets, insulated tape and multi meter test leads.
The Supply of Engineering ConsumablesLot 5: The Supply of Engineering Consumables - CPI will require a wide range of consumables for our engineering and maintenance team. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; oils, greases, lubricants, screws, fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers and nails.
The Supply of General Engineering SparesLot 6: The Supply of General Engineering Spares - CPI will require a wide range of general spares for our engineering and maintenance team. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; nipples, stainless steel sockets, connectors (straight and elbow), bushes, plugs, stainless steel tees, tubes, PTFE tape, O-rings, gaskets, clamps, reducer and pump accessories such as filters.
The Supply of Electrical SparesLot 7: The Supply of Electrical Spares - CPI will require a wide range of electrical spares for our engineering and maintenance team. This lot includes items such as, but not limited too; sockets, plugs, isolators, circuit breakers, light fittings, terminal connector strips, bench trunking, extension leads, fuses, switches & cable accessories such as bootlace ferrules, lugs, cable labelling and cable glands.
