Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a professional design team to initially undertake; (Phase 1) Feasibility and Technical studies into the ability to introduce Class 2 labs in current office space in NINE, Edinburgh BioQuarter and (Phase 2) to implement the introduction of labs and to produce the design for implementing the delivery of an additional Modular Unit at Edinburgh BioQuarter with associated infrastructure and utilities. Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a professional design team to initially undertake; (Phase 1) Feasibility and Technical studies into the ability to introduce Class 2 labs in current office space in NINE, Edinburgh BioQuarter and (Phase 2) to implement the introduction of labs and to produce the design for implementing the delivery of an additional Modular Unit at Edinburgh BioQuarter with associated infrastructure and utilities. Full information can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) attached to this Contract Notice.. 24 months total duration includes the 12 months defects period. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
