Measured Term Contract for the maintenance and reactive repairs of warden call system within sheltered housing complexes in Renfrewshire.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Attend various Sheltered Housing properties located throughout the Renfrewshire area and carry out planned preventative maintenance and provide a reactive repair service to the warden call equipment.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Measured Term Contract for a period of 3 years with the option to extend on 2 separate occasions for 12 months each occasion up to a maximum contract period of 5 years.
