Lot 1
Inverclyde Council require the services of a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of a Property Valuation Service. The duration of the contract shall be 5 years from contract award date, the valuation of the council's current assets will be performed in the initial stages of the contract the remaining term will afford continuity of supplier for any additional valuation works that may arise after the completion date of the council's current assets has passed.
