Renewal: The Framework Agreement shall run from approximately end of October 2020 for a period of 2 years subject to satisfactory reviews. At the end of the Framework Agreement Period, the Contract may be extended for 3 further periods, each of 1 year, depending on satisfactorily performance by the Contractor and by mutual agreement and on the basis of any Adjustments agreed upon.
