We would like to understand from the market the best approach to find a software solution containing a broad range of capabilities that meets our needs and can be delivered within an optimal timeframe. We are keen to explore technological innovation in the market that may support our drive for efficiency and quality

Fleet Management Software The scope of the solution is anticipated to include: - Assets and equipment management; - Defect reporting from multiple sites; - Capacity to handle 30 users; - View exactly when and where each check was completed including time, date, photos, and signatures; - The application needs to be easy to input records and update service dates; - Manage of multiple sites, workshops from one centralised application; - Easily manage of workshop job scheduling and technician management; - Reduce paper and improve accessibility of documents; - Real-time visibility of overdue servicing or certification; - Required fields so information has to be inputted for vehicles on job cards i.e. mileages /hours; - A simple procedure for adding new vehicle service schedules /user friendly; - A drop-down list for service parts for 12m/6m services; - A dashboard for high level items -defects -overdue services - traffic light application; - Notifications for services due and overdue services to engineer's location- e-mails Generated.
