Supply of Social Care Case Management Solutions Software
Notice Description
Offers are sought in connection with the establishment of a collaborative arrangement for the provision of a social care case management system solution. Under the resultant framework suppliers will be required to provide software and related ancillary services, to include configuration, installation and commissioning of systems, ongoing support and maintenance. The solution will include functionality to support case management for adults, children, criminal justice and finance in Scotland. A key part of the resultant Framework Agreement will be to further accelerate the development of open systems, appropriate data sharing and the interoperability of IT systems so that services can be delivered efficiently and respond more flexibly to the needs of citizens and businesses. The solution offered must comply with applicable Law and Standards, and must be GDPR compliant.

A software solution to be installed in the council datacentre or a council's third party cloud-based datacentre that can deliver a social work care case management system including a self-directed support capability for citizens to improve the impact that care and support has by helping them to choose and control what type of social care services they get, when and where they get them, and who provides them. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work and set out responsibilities for H&S management at all levels within the organisation. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of your operations and set out your company's responsibilities of health and safety management and compliance with legislation. Note - Organisations with fewer than five employees are not required by law to have a documented policy statement. INFORMATION SECURITY The tenderer MUST HOLD a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS EN ISO 27001 (or equivalent). The scope of BS EN ISO 27001 is relevant to the services required of this procurement and the scope covers all of the services as detailed in the procurement documents. OR A documented policy regarding information security. The policy must set out responsibilities for ensuring information security demonstrating that the tenderer has and continues to implement an information security policy that is authorised by their Chief Executive, or equivalent, and is periodically reviewed at a senior management level. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work to be undertaken and set out responsibilities for information security throughout the organisation. AND Cyber Security Essentials ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OR STANDARDS The tenderer must have the following: The tenderer MUST HOLD a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance with BS EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent) or a valid EMAS (or equivalent) certificate.
