Falkirk Council are looking for suitably qualified car club operators to provide a Car Club service from a series of Council-owned, designated off-street parking bays within Falkirk. This will be for 10 electric vehicles at locations throughout the Falkirk area.

Lot 1
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is to invite suitably qualified car club operators to provide a Car Club service from a series of Council-owned, designated off-street parking bays within Falkirk. This shall be for 10 electric vehicles located throughout the Falkirk area. The Council shall award the contract to a single operator, which shall have exclusive access to these bays subject to the terms of the Contract. The contractor shall provide a membership-based pay as you go Car Club. The contract length shall be two (2) years, expecting to start on 1st February 2021. With the option to extend for up to one year to 31st January 2024 and the option to extend for up to a further year to 31st January 2025.. Scoring: Commercial Envelope 40%, Technical Envelope 60%
Options: Option to extend for up to 12 months followed by further option to extend for up to 12 months
