Common Area Secure Door Entry Replacement Term Contract 2020-2024
Notice Description
The Contract is a measured Term Contract spanning over a 4 year period to upgrade the Secure Door Entry Systems and closes to common areas managed by the Housing Service . Works will be instructed through a tendered Scheduled of Rates and project managed by the Housing Investment Team. Works are required to ensure that the Housing Stock achieves and exceeds the Scottish Housing Quality Standard for Health /Safe/Secure criteria . Contract will also encompass common close painting and refurbishment , upgrade to internal and external electrics and lighting .
