Notice Description
1.1. The requirement is to analyse information that will be provided in annual procurement reports published by public bodies in Scotland and to produce two reports based on the analysis. This research is being commissioned by the Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate of the Scottish Government and the appointed service provider (the "Contractor") will carry out the requirement on behalf of the Scottish Ministers (the "Authority"). The Contract is anticipated to run from August 2020 to July 2021.
