PROC 20 0733 - Replacement of Office Chairs - Supply, Delivery and Install of New Chairs
Notice Description
The Scottish Police Authority is required to replace approximately 2647 Office Chairs within its building across the central belt. The Authority requires a contractor to deliver the following: Supply office chairs; Deliver and install to the identified location; Collect and recycle/dispose the current office chairs using a sustainable method; Project manage to ensure efficient delivery and replacement of all chairs within the set out deadline; Communicate and work in collaboration with the Authority's Estates team to ensure the deadline is met.

Direct Award via YPO Framework Agreement - 697 - Complete Office Solutions. The total estimate value over the duration of the contract shall be 367,933.00 GBP exclusive of VAT. The Scottish Police Authority shall reserve the right to spend up to the value of 499,999.00 GBP during the contract period to purchase additional chairs should further end of year capital becomes available.
