Notice Description
SPT are awarding a contract for all services relating to the cleaning gullies, drains, and interceptors and servicing of interceptor alarms. SPT reserve the right to modify this contract to include any other drainage requirements of a similar nature that may arise over the course of this contract.
Lot Information
Lot 1
SPT are seeking to appoint a single contractor to carry out all services relating to the cleaning gullies, drains, and interceptors and servicing of interceptor alarms. On the first round of maintenance the contractor will carry out a survey of the of the drains and gullies to ensure a definitive asset list. The condition of the drains will be checked at this time to inform a maintenance plan that ensures value optimisation in the requirement for reactive call outs to decreases over the life of the contract. Any potential add-ons to the asset list will be in discussion with SPT. SPT reserve the right to modify this contract to include any other drainage requirements of a similar nature that may arise over the course of this contract.
Options: SPT reserve the right to modify this contract to include any other drainage requirements of a similar nature that may arise over the course of this contract.
Renewal: An extension of 24 months will be awarded at the sole discretion of SPT. The requirement will be reviewed at the end of the contract and retendered its final year.
