The Objectives for Phase 1 are: -to deliver a specification for the generation elements of the scheme and generate an invitation to tender for this work - to identify potential electricity supply licencees and work with CDT to recruit the preferred partner to the team - to engage legal support and liaise with SPEN and the chosen Licensee to define the legal structure and draft contracts for the Club - to define the commercial terms of the Club based on a detailed business plan for the Club including a robust financial model.
