The successful submission will demonstrate: - Strong capability from the proposed team in the three key areas of expertise: Energy Markets, Legal and Renewable Generation Development - Appreciation of the options to be assessed and the approach to bring them to an optimum recommendation quickly and efficiently - Good value for money The submissions will be assessed 30% on price and 70% on capability and experience. The demonstrated capability can be provided by specifying associates who would be engaged to support the project. This aspect of the tender will be assessed against the following criteria and related weighting: Criteria Weighting Local energy system operation 30% Legal and contractual issues with local energy systems 30% PV and wind generation development capability & experience demonstrated 20% Project management in community projects 20%"
