Background to the procurement New Case Management System for Debt/Welfare Rights Advice Service Money Matters Advice Service is the principal provider of debt and welfare rights advice to residents across the South Lanarkshire area. They face an urgent need to modernise their case management system to improve their customers' journey, cope with increasing demand for advice services and allow advisers to progress a case efficiently. A new or upgraded system will allow all data required for the entire case to be managed from within therefore a cloud-based solution is essential as it allows files to be uploaded directly into the case and letter or emails sent directly from the case.
