The service will work with families with complex needs who are affected by homelessness, who are either currently homeless, resettling from homelessness or at risk of homelessness Description of the Service: Outreach Housing Support for Households with children The service will provide a holistic, client focused floating Housing Support Service that meets the Support needs of families affected by homelessness and who have complex needs. The project will work with circa 30 families at any one time.

Renewal: The estimated budget for 1 year is 150000 GBP. There is an additional optional 1 year making the overall value 300000 GBP
