Commercial Flooring Works
Commercial Flooring Works - Maintenance, Repair and Capital Upgrades. Supply only, supply and fit, repair and refurbishment of carpet, carpet tiles, carpet planks, sheet vinyl, vinyl tiles, barrier matting and all associated accessories.. Regulation 8 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 sets out reasons for exclusion from the tender.
Options: The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase ancillary works/goods/services required as a result of this contract.
Renewal: The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months.

Specialist Flooring WorksSpecialist Flooring Works - Maintenance, Repair and Capital Upgrades. Works also include line painting for gym halls and all associated accessories.. Regulation 8 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 sets out reasons for exclusion.
Options: The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a further 12 month period. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase additional ancillary works/services/goods required as a result of this contract.
