The services required, at properties located throughout North Lanarkshire, include, but are not limited to, the following:- - periodic service, maintenance and repairs to all components within the fire and smoke alarm installations, including the landlords' supply; - ad-hoc repairs and safety checks; - all major and minor routine repairs and renewals of components; - twenty-four-hour call-out and repair service; - liaising with the warden call service and other maintenance contractor(s), when required; and, - maintaining comprehensive records of all servicing/ maintenance/ repairs carried out. The properties are listed in ITT Section 7.3- Asset List(included in the additional information area within the Portal). The successful contractor will be required to liaise with stakeholders and tenants as required to gain access to the properties to carry out the above services. The successful contractor will be subject to ongoing performance management using the Scorecard contained in ITT Section 6 - Appendix A (included in the additional information area within the Portal).
