Notice Description

The aim of the research is to secure an independent analysis of the development and early impact of the Regional Improvement Collaboratives (RICs). The review takes the shape of a series of telephone based or online interviews with national, regional and local stakeholders and analysis of available evidence provided by the Scottish Government and RIC partners. The fieldwork will build on work that was undertaken between January and March 2020, before being paused due to the pandemic at the end of March 2020. This will inform a final report to be published in October 2021 which will support further development of the RICs. School interviews are required to be completed prior to the summer break where possible.
