"description": "Local Depot Facilites: Under the terms of the contract the successful bidder will be required to have a depot located within 50 miles radius of Falkirk town at which they will have the facility to undertake Factory Acceptance Tests of traffic signal controllers. Bidders will be required to provide two examples of Factory Acceptance Tests carried out and the names and CV's of those personnel who undertook those test's in the past five years at the depot described above that demonstrate relevant experience. 24 Hour Call-out Service: The Bidder will be required to provide details of a 24 hour emergency call-out service to be provided for the duration of the contract. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. (SC Ref:656975)",
