The Trust currently has 50 sites with a full EPOS Solution, with a further 47 sites which have the requirement to accept payments for items such as Membership or car parking. It is expected that this quantity is likely to be a minimum requirement with additional sites taking a full EPOS solution likely. Our replacement EPOS solution must interface with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). We expect this to be an out-of-the-box interface solution. The types of EPOS solution we require to be included are sales and stock management for the following areas: -Retail -Catering -Admissions -On-Line Retail The Trust would welcome additional supplier suggestions to enable the Trust to fully evaluate the most appropriate additional options which we must also include: -Ticketing -Event Bookings -Memberships -Gift Aid
