Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council requires to implement a new contract for the provision of bulk scheduled mail services within North Ayrshire. The contract will cover the production and distribution of Council communications in relation to the following services: Council Tax Housing Benefit Non-Domestic Rates Rent Sundry Debtors The duration of the contract will be for 3 years, with the option to extend for upto an additional 24 months at North Ayrshire Council's discretion. There will be a contract mobilisation of approximately 3 months from contract award to the operational start date to allow the supplier to create the appropriate templates in conjunction with the Council and undertake testing ahead of the start date.
