Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are reviewing the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to be involved in shaping the future model prior to a tender exercise in early 2022.

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are reviewing the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to be involved in helping to shape the future model prior to a tender exercise early in 2022. The aim of the service is to provide person-centred, outcome-focused care and support to Angus residents, in line with Self-Directed Support legislation and complemented by a comprehensive, predefined pricing model. If you are interested in participating in one or more consultation meetings, please register your interest by Thursday 12 August 2021 by e-mailing Pauline Reid, Senior Planning Officer at ReidPJ@angus.gov.uk. A consultation event will be arranged following the closure of this notice, and will likely take place in August/September 2021
