Notice Description
The Council has an ongoing requirement to appoint a contractor to undertake all inspections, servicing, and maintenance of lifts, lift shafts and equipment across various properties across the Council. This includes all certification together with the repair and/or replacement of missing or defective equipment identified during maintenance visits or call outs or through occupational use, mis-use, wear and tear or vandalism to the Council properties. The contract is a fully inclusive and comprehensive service and maintenance contract.
