The successful bidder will require be required to: - Prepare and advise on the Treasury Management Strategy & Policy, for annual review and approval. - Provide added value services centered around borrowing and investment decisions, treasury market, economic and sector developments, as required - Provide guidance and training to Committee, Board Members and Executive Management River Clyde Homes envisages a close working relationship with a Treasury advisor that understands RCH's business model and who provides timely reliable and consistent advice to assist RCH's Management team in making informed business decisions. Specific Requirements - Provide annual review of Treasury Strategy in June each year, for 2021, by early November 2021. - Provide annual review of Treasury Policy in June each year, ensuring the document is compliant with CIPFA guidelines. - Timely treasury information service to cover all relevant market data including relevant forecasts, and encompassing but not limited to: - Interest rates - Inflation - Sector trends - Funding - Financial - Credit rating - A minimum of 2 Board meetings to be attended each year.
