The requirement is to provide a quality bespoke transportable building Activities and services that will be offered at the Centre will focus on health and fun, and may include bike hire and repair, kayaking/canoe classes, club meetings and facilities e.g for kayak clubs, community classes. The following facilities will be provided within the centre: -Kitchen facilities -Launderette/drying room -Changing rooms one of which will have shower provision -WCs -Bicycle workshop -Bicycle storage -General purpose/activity room. The following requirements will form part of the pass/fail selection criteria. The contractor must detail experience as a Principal Contractor in a project of a similar project,obtaining planning consent(RIBA Stage 3)Building warrant(RIBA Stage 4)Detail experience delivering a modular/movable building as described in the Employer's Requirements providing relevant case studies.
