Stirling Council and Go Forth are seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified contractor for the installation, removal, de-rig, maintenance and storage of its city centre Christmas/Festive lights, initially for a two year period with the option to extend for two years, then one year, at the sole discretion of the Council. The outcome sought by the Council is that the Christmas/Festive Lights will operate fully and safely during the period of the annual Winter Festival 2021, 2022 and for a further two years, then one year, at the sole discretion of the Council. This procurement also encompasses the purchase of new replacement feature lighting for 2021.. This works tender also includes design and purchase of new lights/features for Christmas 2021, up to the value of circa 70,000 GBP (budget dependant)

Renewal: Initially for a two year period with the option to extend for two years, then one year, at the sole discretion of the Council.
