Notice Title

Term Contract (max 48 months) for the Provision of immunoassay multiplexed panels for the rapid analysis of samples collected in both COVID and post-COVID trials

Notice Description

Provision of immunoassay multiplexed panels for the rapid analysis of samples collected in both COVID and post-COVID trials using Olink patented technology.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Olink(r) patented high-quality multiplex immunoassay panels for precision proteomics in human protein biomarker discovery. Olink's protein panels can achieve a high level of multiplexing while maintaining exceptional data quality thanks to proprietary Proximity Extension Assay (PEA). This technology can measure up to 92 proteins simultaneously using only 1ul of serum (the panel that we have chosen as the best analysis of our samples contains 48 individual outcomes). Each biomarker is addressed by a matched pair of antibodies, coupled to unique, partially complementary oligonucleotides, and measured by quantitative real-time PCR. This dual recognition, DNA-coupled method provides exceptional readout specificity, since unlike in many other immunoassay formats, any antibody cross-reactivity that may occur during the multiplexed assay is excluded from the detection process.
