Social Security Scotland's Strategic Document Management Solution is comprised of the following three document management software solutions; - Inbound Document Management (Kofax TotalAgility) - Outbound Document Management (Kofax Communications Manager) - Document Repository (M-Files) Social Security Scotland have a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Doc Management - Advanced Implementation Support. The scope of the contract is expected to include; - Support for implementation of automated scanning, data and metadata extraction for new forms and document types (as they become required / available) - Support for enhancements and changes to existing deliverables, as required - Support for environment deployments, as required - Support for future platform and component upgrades, as required - Strategic advice and direction on all of the above, as required - Strategic quality assurance on all of the above, as required - Knowledge transfer and training on all of the above, as required
