Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to assist Home Fix Scotland in the delivery of Brickwork repairs to the River Clyde Homes housing stock. River Clyde Homes is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. Works generated from the contract will only arise when HFS's own internal staff, due to operational requirements, require assistance. The works may entail a package of works, or just individual repair works. The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the Schedule of Rates (attached as Appendix C). The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. Home Fix Scotland may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12-month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderers. Interested parties must first evidence to Home Fix Scotland via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. HFS may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
