Types of projects include inter alia laboratory refurbishments, office alterations, teaching room alterations, lecture theatre alterations, specialist workshop refurbishments, IT suit refurbishments, leisure facility alterations, library alterations to existing buildings of various types. Cost range for individual projects 5,000.00 GBP to 1,000,000.00 GBP in construction value.
Renewal: An option to extend the contract for an additional 12 months will be available.
