Working with Information Governance professionals to create and define an Information Architecture Framework to support how our Council manages data throughout its lifecycle. Support information governance approaches to the management of unstructured data. Deliverables from the business analysis piece will include: -Analysis of current information architecture (including an audit of existing record keeping systems within the Council) and creation of an agreed Information Architecture Framework - Review and refresh of DGC Information Governance Strategy - Review of M365 capabilities and assessment of whether functionality can meet all information and records management compliance needs - Compliance audit of the capabilities of existing case management systems - Provide appropriate governance and controls for DGC in managing M365 (for example in the governance of SharePoint and MS Teams sites and authorised use of principal M365 apps) and a road map for implementation of information governance structures in the Council's M365 tenancy - Development of a clear definition of our information architecture which outlines which M365 tool to use when. Development of use cases of what different tools should be used for to support officers to do their job - Development of architecture and structure within DGC M365, including alignment of sites and Document Library structures to the Council's Business Classification Scheme. Carry out pilot with service(s) developing pilot sites to provide methodologies and build capacity among DGC staff to support further roll-out. - Design and implementation of retention and disposal functionality within M365, having regard to the available licenses and the need for a simplified approach compared to legacy Council retention schedules and SCARRS
