Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire councils are looking to procure a Community Hosting Service - Nightstop model to provide emergency overnight accommodation for young people aged 16-25 years who might be living in accommodation which could be deemed inappropriate for meeting their needs.

Lot 1

The requirement is for a community hosting service based on the 'Nightstop' model and will be delivered in the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire local authority areas with the intention of providing emergency overnight accommodation for young people aged 16-25 years.. The cost noted above in II.2.6 is for the maximum three year period i.e. two years initial term plus one x one-year optional extension. The full evaluation framework is in the tender documentation in PCS-T.

Renewal: One x 12 month optional extension. The contract therefore will be two years plus one year. The amount quoted in II.2.6 is inclusive of the optional extra.
