Stirling Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to support the evaluation of options for Stirling's bid to the UK Government's Levelling Up Fund and the subsequent development of the business case for the preferred option. The consultant must have specific skills that will allow best possible business case to be submitted to UK Government, and maximise opportunity of receiving funding. Ensuring application is made to funder in good time, with co-operation across Services that will maximise the opportunity to receive funding of up to 20 million(GBP) - 50 million (GBP) for Stirling Council's 'Levelling Up' agenda.
