Lot Information

Good Practice Programme evaluation

The SLC launched its Good Practice Programme in 2019 to encourage good behaviour, culture and practice with straightforward and practical advice on the Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement. We wish to understand the impact of our Good Practice Programme to date and how to develop the Good Practice Programme most effectively. The evaluation should identify: - To what extent is the Good Practice Programme effectively raising awareness of and supporting implementation of the LRRS in practice? - What could we do to improve the Good Practice Programme?

Community engagement survey

In 2019 the Commission carried out two surveys, one for landowners and one for communities, to establish a baseline understanding of the level of awareness and participation in community engagement activities in Scotland. The Commission is seeking a contractor to re-run these surveys to understand the progress made in the last two years. The contractor will be expected to identity any opportunities to improve on the methodology whilst ensuring enough consistency to make comparisons.
