South Lanarkshire Council Roads and Transportation Services have a requirement to purchase Bitumen Products for roads maintenance works. Scotland Excel have a Framework for Bitumen Products; the framework is split into various lots. Lot 2 and Lot 3 meet the Council requirements.

South Lanarkshire Council awarded a call-off contract by Direct Award under Scotland Excel Bitumen Products Framework (03-20) to Jobling Purser Ltd per the pre-defined selection procedure under the Framework. The commencement date for this call off is November 2021 and it will continue in force until February 2024, with the option to extend for up to 12 months.
