Notice Description
Clackmannanshire Council (People Directorate) are seeking a Client Project Manager for the Wellbeing Hub. Their role will involve representing the council, People Directorate and Sponsors during RIBA stages during the contract period. Signing off Stage Reports will be required. The successful Bidder will also produce a Project Brief and managing the Project Budget, Project Risks and Project Outcomes. The successful Bidder will act as the interface between the client, design team and the construction while reporting to the Project Board.
