Summary of the contracting process

The Langstane Housing Association, along with other housing associations, has completed the procurement process for a Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 in Aberdeen. The procurement was carried out through an open procedure and aimed to secure construction professional consultancy services primarily for improvement, maintenance, and refurbishment programs, with a focus on decarbonisation. The procurement process involved multiple lots for services in areas like Architect Services and Quantity Surveyors.

This tender opportunity presents a chance for businesses involved in construction professional consultancy services to engage with housing associations for potential business growth. Companies offering services such as architectural design, quantity surveying, and structural engineering could find this opportunity suitable for expanding their clientele and contributing to the decarbonisation focus outlined by the Scottish Government's "Housing to 2040" aspirations. The collaborative nature of the framework agreement enables interested businesses to showcase their expertise and potentially secure long-term partnerships with the housing associations involved.
