The council therefore intends to run a tender exercise later in 2022 for the Glasgow Business Growth Programme - Phase 3 Framework. Prior to any publication, the council is undertaking market research to inform the procurement and to ensure industry feedback is used to shape, as appropriate, the overall strategy.
