Notice Title

Provision of Study Services to Net Zero Technology Centre Limited - Energy Hub Project, Scope Four

Notice Description

The purpose of Scope 4 is to determine the potential size of an E-Fuel market based on the area approx. 100 miles surrounding an energy hub that could be used to decarbonise various sectors, in addition to the Marine sector and Oil and Gas assets, studied elsewhere. This work will build on [Ref 1] and focus on contrasting locations and demands of an energy hub, not related to Marine or Oil and Gas asset decarbonisation, with the view to maximising decarbonisation by analysing the commercial viability of e-fuels for specific sectors within Scotland. The study will at a high level suggest how the creation of a specific e-fuel may affect the whole value chain, in terms of feedstock, utilisation and waste streams.
