Currently run via a Moodle platform, hosted externally, it provides more than 200 courses, including the corporate induction online program, and flexible learning opportunities to nearly 6000 West Dunbartonshire Council employees. We use the authoring tool Articulate 360 to design new bespoke modules and upload to the platform. Please see below the essential requirements from such a solution. The Council are particularly interested in Certified Moodle Partners who could host Moodle Workplace, including transitioning our current Moodle platform and content, developing reporting and meeting all the needs as specified below: - Effective reporting, available to individual users and to managers of teams; - Extended and easy-to-use reporting function. Reports must include dates and titles of learning and be able to be 'queried' for specific courses; - User friendly and interactive interface which can be customised easily - Auto-generated prompts for mandatory online learning e.g. if GDPR is to be completed annually, when that date is approaching the learner is emailed to remind them - Supporting a multimedia experience - SCORM compliant, audio, video, live chat, forums, blogs, quiz, survey, evaluation, assignments, learning routes. - Accessible on all mobile technology with no loss of experience e.g. tables, mobile phones - Gamification options - Developer/ Authoring capabilities to enable ownership of design internally - Being able to communicate with other systems. e.g. must be able to interface with our internal system to sync users - Accessible externally via internet 24/7 - Must be able to support transfer of all existing online resources into the new platform Please provide completed Market Research Questionnaire by the 20th July 2022.
