Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Ad-hoc Dry Rot Surveys / Remedial Works. The works shall comprise of all aspects of rot work remediation. This will include surveys, treatment, and all associated trades to rectify same (joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builder works). The works will be undertaken in residential properties of varying tenure including void properties, e.g. sheltered, general needs, shared ownership; together with works to the Association's own offices, commercial properties and lock up garages.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. HFS may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
