The works must be of a similar value, size and scope. Unsatisfactory experience will result in exclusion from the tender process. Bidders are required to confirm the supplier's staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: All Drillers shall hold the following: - CSCS card in Land Drilling. - SNVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling. - BDA Audit Card. Bidders are required to demonstrate they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the requirements detailed in the Contract Notice. - Cable percussion (CP) drilling rigs with 4x4 support (or specialist support where identified) - Tracked rotary drilling rigs capable of undertaking coring and open hole drilling together with - 4x4 support vehicles - Tractors and plant trailers to allow transportation of equipment and plant around site - Long reach excavator for mine entry trenching - Low Ground Pressure (LGP) excavator in soft ground areas - 14T tracked excavators for trial pitting - 1 No Pavement coring / DCP rig - Tracked support dumpers - Haglund tracked support vehicles (for use in soft ground conditions - potentially may not be required, but likely to become more relevant for winter working in wet/soft ground) - Water bowser Note in addition to the intrusive works plant we will also be proposing the use of non intrusive geophysics for identifying mine shaft locations. Bidders are required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. Bidders who intend to subcontract more than 25% to any individual organisation must ensure the SPD (Scotland) - Subcontractors Supplier Response is completed and uploaded at question 2C.1 of the qualification envelope."
