Notice Description
Clearance must include the removal of all office furniture from all floors including the basement. Disposal of all furniture must be done sustainably to help achieve Dumfries & Galloway Councils net-zero carbon commitment i.e. recycled, repurposed, donated or re-sold. Evidence of ethical and sustainable practices for the disposal of furniture must be provided, along with compliance to relevant legislations, Health & Safety regulations, and accreditation following the industry standards targeting zero waste. A Health & Safety Policy Statement must be provide if successful. Certification / guarantee on the sustainable disposal of furniture must be provided on completion of works.
