Notice Description
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a supplier to undertake non-specialised reactive maintenance activities. This building is presently unoccupied and maintenance activities are confined to adhoc repairs to ensure the building is wind and watertight. The bidder will be able to react quickly for on-site attendance to rectify urgent building repairs and making safe. The bidder will have available a range of trades to cover such emergency works and managers to ensure proper supervision The range of trades required are Joiners, Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers, and Labourers.
